In a category Canadians love to hate, we shined a spotlight on Koodo’s customer experience equities showing there really was a happier experience to be had. With Choose Happy as a central brand thought, we reimagined and redesigned every facet of Koodo’s marketing and brand journey.
Challenge
Reinvigorate the Koodo brand that was experiencing a dramatic loss of momentum in the market and was tied to a polarizing communications platform.
Insight
The favourability dichotomy - for current customers, Koodo’s brand favourability was a category-leading 87%; however, when it came to the perceptions of non-customers, Koodo went from best-in-class to worst-in-category.
