With a new identity, a differentiated brand platform, and an integrated comms plan, we repositioned Public as a new way to phone - a different, modern mobile experience that makes switching providers make sense.

Challenge

Reinvent and relaunch Public Mobile shedding the baggage of being a prepaid discount brand, compensate for the closing of all retail locations, and do it all with a fraction of the budget of its competitors.

Insight

It’s not that people don’t have options for mobility, they just feel like they don't. All brands feel like shades of the same and not worth changing for.
