Insight

Hustle culture runs rampant, celebrating those who work all-hours at all times. Naps, sleeping in, or even leaving a party early to get to bed are all shunned, making those who prioritize sleep feel ashamed. But science says better sleep = better you so let's show sleep as the real superpower.
